A self-professed scrap artist, Moyar loves taking bits of fabric and remnants and making something out of nothing. Sarah is an advocate for “hands-on” hobbies.  Inspired by the handcrafts of her grandparent’s generation, she believes that they possessed a quality of life that is escaping the current generation.  “They were on to something,” she says of their slower pace and ability to “make do” with what they had.  “There is so much self-expression, stress relief, purpose, and sense of accomplishment when you fashion something by hand, and I think we’re losing that with the availability of mass-produced consumer goods.” So look around, be inspired, and buy "indie".
